Scegli il giorno e l'ora dell'appuntamento ed accedi direttamente e senza attesa agli sportelli. Basta presentarsi poco prima dell'appuntamento e dopo qualche minuto verrai chiamato dai monitor presenti in sala.

Se arrivi tardi è comunque possibile accedere ai servizi, prelevando un nuovo ticket agli emettitori ed effettuare la fila in modo tradizionale.
